Terms and Conditions of Use
IVAYA.GR is the trade name of the sole proprietorship "Iva Chifligarova," with VAT number: EL158603960 and headquarters in Thessaloniki, at Giannitson 61, P.C. 54627.

The company "Iva Chifligarova" and its services on IVAYA.GR operate according to the following Terms and Conditions, as stated on this website. "Iva Chifligarova" reserves the right to modify or update the transaction terms and undertakes the obligation to inform this text in case of any change or addition.

Age Restriction
"Iva Chifligarova" does not offer products or services for purchase by minors under 18 years old. The children's products offered for sale are intended exclusively for adults. If you are under 18 years old, you may use our website only with the participation and approval of your parent or guardian.

Orders
All orders are shipped from the company’s headquarters in Thessaloniki. Prices and invoices are in euros (€) and include the legal VAT of Greece.

The completion of each order is subject to the acceptance of "Iva Chifligarova" and the availability of the products. Before shipment, a final quality check is performed, which may prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality criteria. In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately, and the order may be canceled.

"Iva Chifligarova" offers for sale unique handmade products, immediately available in stock. In case of temporary shortage, the label “COMING SOON” will appear. The customer can enter their email in the field “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” to be notified once the product is available again.

Some products are available only on order and are marked as “ON SPECIAL ORDER.” Special orders cannot be canceled or returned unless the product is defective.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, photos, and features. However, since colors depend on your screen, we cannot guarantee the exact color representation of the final product.

Order Cancellation or Change
For any order cancellation or change in shipping address or payment method, you can send us an email at ivayagr@gmail.com. This option is available until you are notified about the shipment of your order by email. After this stage, cancellation or modification of the order is not possible.

Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

💳 Credit or Debit Card
All transactions are carried out through the secure platform of National Bank, and VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO cards are accepted.

Card details are requested only during the completion of the order, exclusively for processing your payment in a secure bank environment.
"Iva Chifligarova" does not store card details in its system.
The cardholder authentication service may require the transfer of data to a third-party provider in collaboration with the bank.

💰 For purchases over 50 €, up to 12 interest-free installments are offered with Greek credit cards from:
National Bank, Bank of Cyprus, Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, Attica Bank, and the Investment Bank of Greece.

🅿️ PayPal
"Iva Chifligarova" accepts payments via PayPal accounts and reserves the right to send orders only to the address confirmed through the PayPal account.
