Return Policy
You have the right to return products you purchased within 5 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

⚠️ Special order products cannot be returned.

Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

• You have contacted us by phone to declare the return, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00.

• The product has not been worn beyond the initial fitting.

• All accompanying items (such as the box, purchase receipt) must be returned, as they are part of the product.

• If the product was accompanied by a gift, it must be returned along with the product.

• Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Please ensure the packaging is secure to avoid any damage during transport.

📌 The company is not responsible for any loss or damage of the product during the return shipment.

The company is not liable for any damages or alterations to the products after they have been used, and under no circumstances is obligated to replace them.
