Terms of Use & Operating Conditions

1. Intellectual Property
   The content and design of the e-shop www.ivaya.gr are the intellectual property of its designer. All intellectual property rights, including the brand name, logo, layout, settings, designs, images, texts, etc., belong to www.ivaya.gr and are protected by Greek, European, and international law.

The photos on the site are not available for commercial use (e.g., for posters, calendars). Removal of the logo is subject to legal action.

Visitors may print or copy excerpts for personal, non-commercial use, maintaining intellectual property references. Any other use, reproduction, or integration of content without prior written permission is prohibited.

1. Third-Party Websites
   ivaya.gr may include links to third-party websites for navigation convenience. The company is not responsible for their content or practices.

2. Limitation of Liability
   ivaya.gr is not responsible for any damages arising from inability to access the website or delays in its operation. The company reserves the right to modify or update the website without notice.

1. User Responsibility & Minors
   The user declares they are legally capable of entering into a contract. Minors under the age of 18 can use the site only with parental consent.

The user agrees not to use the site for posting immoral, illegal, offensive, or harmful content. Violation of these terms may result in the suspension of services without notice.

1. Contract Formation – Orders
   No registration is required to complete a purchase. The user must correctly fill in the shipping details. The contract is completed with the shipment confirmation. Offers are valid until stocks last.

The company is not responsible for pricing errors or product descriptions due to technical faults.

1. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
   Personal data is managed according to Law 2472/1997 and EU Regulation 2016/679. The customer has the right to access and object to the processing of their data. Minors do not collect personal data without parental consent.

2. Secure Transactions
   We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for data protection. We do not store card details — all payments are made via the banking platform. In cases of credit card fraud, the customer should contact their bank.

3. Delivery – Transfer of Risk
   Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The company is not responsible for delays due to force majeure. Ownership transfers after full payment. The risk of loss is transferred upon delivery to the customer or the carrier (if selected by the customer).

4. Warranty – Returns
   The customer has the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal due to defects within 6 months. A commercial warranty of up to 1 year is provided, depending on the product. Damages due to misuse or intervention by unauthorized technicians are not covered.

5. Miscellaneous
   The use of the store and the resulting contracts are governed by Greek law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Athens courts. If any term is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect. The company may assign its obligations to third-party partners.

6. Terms Updates
   The company reserves the right to modify the terms without notice. Using the website indicates acceptance of the current terms.
